Cody Hodgden

Cody Hodgden is a native of Woodward, Oklahoma, and has practiced law for over twenty-five years, providing legal services to individuals, businesses and banks across Western Oklahoma. His practice focuses on oil and gas law, real property law, personal injury, business planning, estate planning, probate, general civil litigation, and title examination.  Over the years, his experience has ranged from successfully litigating royalty owner class action lawsuits to handling complex commercial business transactions.     

Cody obtained an undergraduate degree in Economics in 1992 from Oklahoma State University, graduating as a top 10 senior.  Cody graduated with honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1995 and served on the Oklahoma Law Review.  Cody is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma, has served on the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Professional Responsibility Tribunal, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Oklahoma Attorneys Mutual Insurance Company.
